FightFit is an integrated approach to self-defense and fitness. This program has been constructed over several years to combine key aspects of traditional martial arts techniques with modern exercise science. The goal of FightFit is to utilize dynamic, compound movements to boost physical attributes such as:

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Coordination

  • Flexibility

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Recovery

At the same time, the high repetition of these exercises allows students to develop muscle memory and good habits which are useful for self-defense. The curriculum includes various forms of:

  • Stretching

  • Tumbling

  • Punching and kicking drills

  • Body weight exercises

  • Pad work

  • Partner drills

  • Resistance training

Our instructors make sure to give students the individual attention required. They provide students with the gentle push needed to exceed their own limitations and to achieve their goals.
